1. Acceptance

By using the Bachir Delivery app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and delivery area. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are in USD and may change without prior notice.

3. Delivery

We deliver within 15 minutes driving distance of our store. Delivery fee is a flat $2. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only. Please have the correct amount ready.

5. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins. Contact us via WhatsApp to cancel.

6. Loyalty Program

Stamps are earned upon order delivery. Rewards are non-transferable and have expiry dates. We reserve the right to modify the program.
